Colourpop Haul!!! - ZodiacXKathleenlights Collection

Hey guys! I've got a Colourpop haul for ya!! I got my order about a week ago or so. I'm finally getting around to posting this. I took the photos the I got it. I wanted to show what I got and try to give my thoughts on them. I haven't use the products a ton yet. I've only used them twice. So I wanted to give my 2cents in.

I will do  a proper review on them at another time, even though everyone else has already done one. But that won't stop me! LOL

So as you can see, I pretty much got the entire collection! How can I not, right?! It's gorgeous! Kathleen sure did one hell of a good job with this one! But of course, she has with every collab she has come out with, with Colourpop. 

I posted several different pictures of the collection because I wanted ya'll to get full effects of the colors as best as possible.

First off, I'm in love with how everything was created! It's perfect! As my first impression everything swatched, and applied, and blended beautifully as usual. I never had a bad shadow or lipstick or anything else from Colourpop yet! But I haven't tried their eyeliners or brow pencils, or the foundation yet..

The lipsticks are so buttery, and creamy as usual. Love the colors that Kathleen came up with!

The highlighter in On the Cusp is a gorgeous highlight, I have used this a couple of times already! Fire is beautiful as well. I haven't used it yet because it is too dark for me, but I plan to use it as an eyeshadow. On the Cusp works for me right now since I do have a tan, but I don't know if it will work when my tan starts to fade. But I will definitely try and find out. I hope it does! 

OMG the eyeshadow palette!! I'm in love!! I haven't used all the colors yet, but I have used the more neutral shades. LOL. Which is what I lean towards the most..No surprise there. LOL...But I cannot wait to play around with the teal/mint green color, and the purple, and the cornflower blue, and even the orange. I'm so glad that it has a mirror in it! But of course if it didn't, I would still love it. Even though I love that palettes comes with a mirror, but I'm not super finicky about it. Now, I have only used this a few times, but I still love it. The formula is super buttery, pigmented, and just applies & blends like a dream. I have quite a few of Colourpop palettes, and all of them have been awesome. I have never had a bad palette so far. But I don't have every single palette, but I have quite a few. I didn't notice any fall out when I used it, but I do tap off the excess off my brush before applying it to my eyes. So that usually works for me. 

Now the supernova shadows I haven't use the astrology yet, but I have used constellation. Constellation is a beautiful pink champagne color, which I love! These are the first 2 supernova shadows I've ever own. I have worn Constellation twice already. The formula is of a creamy shadow, and it is very pigmented. These are long wearing as well. 

Overall my first impression of these are that I love the collection so far..Well, everything that I have used anyways. I will do a proper review on this collection when I have used them a little more, that is if ya'll want me to do a review on them.

OH!! BTW I also finally got my hands on the fortune palette as well! See!! I purchase it when I bought the Zodiac collection. I already had the Fame palette, but I NEEDED the Fortune Palette. LOL.

This is what they look like when you put them together!! It's so cute! Love the circus idea! Of course, I love this palette as well. I have used it a few times already. I didn't feel complete til I got my hands on the other half of the palette. LOL..Once again, I love Colourpop's shadows. You can't go wrong when getting some Colourpop! They are great quality makeup, and so so affordable.

Hey guys! I know, I know!! This is extremely late! But hey, better late than never, right?! I had a video film, but I just hadn't had the time to edit it. Now it's pretty late to get it up. So I figure I would try to get it up on my blog regardless. I know they have started shipping out Fall boxes already. Which I'm sooooo excited for!!!! LOL

So as you can see, this is what I got in my box. I was pretty happy with my box. But then again, I've always been happy with my boxes. Plus I got an extra item due to not getting the candle in the Spring Box (see below). There was a delay in that, and another delay. So they let us choose 1 out of 3 items or you can choose for them to choose the item for you.

                                                                     I, of course, chose the handbag. I thought it was super cute. It is well made as well. Definitely going to get a lot of use in the fall, for sure. 

 I was so excited to hear we were getting a couple of Tarte products, and I'm so glad I got this palette instead of the contour palette. Such a great palette to travel with. I have always loved Tarte eyeshadow palettes. Anyways, here's what I got.

I love the Tarteist Pro palette! Once again, it's a great palette for traveling. The Sex Kitten eyeliner is great as well! 
I haven't used the hair protectant spray yet only because I have several open already, and I'm using those up before I open this one up. I don't want to waste it.
I don't use the Maji sport resistance band very much because I can't figure it out! LOL But I'm working on it.
I do use the white marble dish for my rings I use often as well as the necklaces I use often. It's so pretty and dainty! I love it! I'm sad that it's no longer available for me to provide the link.
I haven't use the travel makeup bag yet because I haven't traveled yet. But I'm sure when I do I'll love it. I already love the look, and style of it. I love that it has a place for brushes too. The fabric used on the inside seems like it would be easy to clean up any messes that happens inside the bag.
I haven't used the sunscreen yet because I'm currently using up 2 I have open right now. But I'm sure I'll probably like it. I like the fact that it has white tea in it, and that it has SPF of 50 too.
I have been enjoying using the body caviar with charcoal. It does a good job exfoliating, and doesn't seem harsh on my skin. It also leaves my skin moisturized. I tend to have dry skin on my body all year around. So anything that is hydrating for my body is great. I do like the smell. It smells like some kind of warm dessert or something. I'm not good with scents. But I can see some people being turned off by the smell. But I'm fine with it as long as it hydrates my skin.
I have been liking the Forgeo Luna. I love that you can track your skin. Meaning when using this on your face, it gives you the info what you skin is like currently. It also has blue tooth that connects to your phone by downloading the app. Love it!

Overall I loved the box! FabFitFun is one of my favorite subscription services along with BoxyCharm. OH!!! I forgot to mention that if you don't know what FabFitFun is. It is a seasonal subscription service. Meaning you get 4 boxes a year. You get 1 for winter, spring, summer, and fall. It is $49 each box they send out. I got my Ipsy bag for this month last week. SURPRISINGLY my bag came on time this month. Which rarely ever happens. DHL usually delays my bag nearly a week after the estimate delivery date. 

Anyways..I wasn't really impressed with this month's bag once again. I don't hardy get a bag that has me excited. It's rare. LOL..Oh if you don't know what Ipsy bag is. It is a monthly subscription that sends you a bag each month filled with 5-6 sample, or deluxe size products. Once in a while a full size product like sheet masks or brushes, or nail polishes. Each bag always looks different each month. It is planned with whatever is the theme that month.

This month was "Confidence Level: Selfie with no filter" . As you can see below that my bag was a bright orange with yellow outline & zipper. The bag is alright, it's not my fave. Now let's get to what I got..

So I was happy to receive the 2 sheet masks. I love a good facial mask! I was happy about the brush. I don't have many brushes so I don't mind getting them in my bags. This looks like a brush that would be good for highlighting, and maybe contouring...But I don't ever really contour..LOL..

I'm not sure about the cleanser yet. I have never heard of it, and my skin is sensitive. So I'm not sure how it will react to it. So I'm not sure if I will try it out or give it away. Next up is the Pixie blush, this is nice, and it is a pretty shade. But I think I might have a blush almost similar to this shade. I will have to check before opening it. So if I do, then I will give it away. But If I don't, then I'm happy to add a new blush to my collection....Then there is Porefessional pearl primer..Not a fan of this. Now I haven't tried this out, but I actually don't like the original porefessional. It doesn't sit on my skin too well. It just sits there, and makes my foundation look cakey and rubs off easy. Even if I set it with powder, it still would rub off, even if I barely touched my face. So I'm not going to bother with this one...But if you love this, then hey I'm glad it works for you!!

Overall this bag was just MEH..Most of the time the bags are a meh for me. I keep thinking about cancelling but I always want to know what next month will be...Sighs..I can't decide!! LOL

Hey everyone!! I"m back! Yes I know it has been a while since I've posted anything....But.. I have been so busy with my family lately that this and my Avon business had to take a step back for the moment.  I am now slowly getting back into it.

Now what you're actually here for..LOL..So I got my BoxyCharm for this month sometime last week. I was really surprised that I got it early...I was underwhelmed with this box. It didn't make me super excited about it. Which is a downer considering it is the 2nd month in a row that I wasn't completely happy with my box. Most of the items I won't even use. I was happy about a few products, but the rest I won't be using because it isn't for me or I already have similar products...I will list the links for each product down below.

Now if you don't know what BoxyCharm is. It is a month subscription where you can get full size of beauty, skincare, or haircare products. It is $21 a month. 99% of the time I'm always happy with my box, and always look forward to my next box. But once in a while I do get a box that is a downer. But that doesn't happen often. Maybe once..or twice a year...But overall it is my favorite subscription service along side FabFitFun boxes.

I haven't tried out any of the products yet. Once I do I will post a review on them. But like I mentioned before there are a few products that I won't be using because it isn't what I would wear.

Laura Lee Party Animal palette is a beautiful fun eyeshadow palette. Even though I don't wear colors like these often, but it is still nice to have when you do want a pop of color. These colors are super pigamented from when I swatches it. Kathleenlight from Youtube loved it, and she tried it out and the colors seem to blend out beautifully. The palette is well made and it is pretty. I wish it was more of a wearable palette, but hey that's just me..

Becca First Light Priming Filter is one of the products that I was very excited for! I've always wanted to try this, but never want to spend the money on it. I was afraid it might not work out for me. But now I got it in my box, so now I don't feel guilty having it. I cannot wait to try this out!

Smashbox Be Legendary Liquid Metal - now this one I was super bummed about. I was hoping to get another product from Smashbox, and not this one. I don't wear metallic lip products. They don't look good on me. It isn't something that I grab for. I got it in the shade Mauve Squad. It is a beautiful shade, don't get me wrong...But like I said stuff like this don't look good on me. If you like this kind of product, then that's great!

Wander - Baggage Claim Gold Eye Masks - I was happy to get these! I want to continue to try more from this brand. Plus I love a good eye mask. I got 3 packs. I got the mascara in last month's box, and I was excited about that one. But I haven't gotten the chance to use it yet because I already have 2 mascaras I'm currently using. But I will talk about that as soon as I can..Anyways back to the eye masks...I haven't used it yet, but I will this week! I cannot wait to try it! Once I do, I will post a review about it. This brand is now sold at Sephora!! They sell this in a 6pcs pack for $25.

Bang Beauty chocolate eyeliner is not something that I was happy to see in my box. Just because I don't really use eyeliner that much. I already have so many from other boxes. Also I watched KathleenLights try it out, and it didn't rock her socks off nor mine. It didn't seem to apply that well. It might be better as an eyeshadow base. It looked dried up and patchy on her, and also when I swatched it. Not impressed with it so far. So this is something I'm going to give to a friend or a family member, along with some of the other products I won't be keeping.

NCLA So Rich Lollipop Lollipop Cuticle Oil - sighs...I wasn't excited for this one either..Only because I already have so many other bottles of cuticle oil from previous boxes, and also my ipsy bags..I might save this for when I ran out of the other bottles I have or give it to a friend or family that needs it. From what I've heard it does smell like a lollipop!! LOL..Cuticle oil is always good to have on hand..
