Colourpop - Blushes

My Colourpop Collection - Blushes

So well I thought I would talk about my Colourpop collection. I won't be talking about everything I have from them because we'll be here for AGES!! LOL..I love Colourpop because they are so affordable, and the quality is so good! They have wonderful customer service as well! I have their some of there super shock blushes, powder blushes, super shock shadows, and their pressed eyeshadows. I have a lot of their lip products. I have their Ultra Satin lips, Ultra Matte lips ( Ones I have is the older formula. They have changed the formula a while back - which is better. I have 1 or 2 of the new formula), several of their lippie stixs and their glossy lips.

Today I'm gonna talk about their blushes. Here are the 3 I have. One is a blush/highlighter palette, and then I have 2 singles.

Singles - Left - Teasecake     Right - Tasty

I did a several swatches to ensure that the swatches would show up well on the pictures, so I can show you the full opacity of the colors. These are beautiful on the skin, and they give a natural sheen flush to the cheeks. These aren’t matte, and they aren’t glittery. They are just shimmery sheen. They have a bunch of colors. These 2 are what I own at the moment. I don’t know if I will purchase more, because I’m more of a powder blush kind of girl. They blend nicely, and aren’t patchy at all. On me, they last most of the day. When they do start to fade after a very long day, it fades evenly. They started to fade after about 8 hours or so. Which is long enough for me. They apply nicely over foundation. If you accidentally set your foundation with powder and forgot to apply this first, that’s ok. This applied nicely over it, well on me it did. I do use my fingers to apply and blend. Sometimes I use my real technique expert face brush to blend it out. It didn’t bunch up or do anything weird. Here are the swatches for the 2 singles blushes I have.
Left - Tasty   Right - Teasecake
I think Teasecake can be used as a highlighter..Umm..I haven't tried using as it as a highlighter yet. What do you guys think?

I forgot what this palette is called. There wasn’t a name on the packaging. But I love this palette. I use this more than the super shock blushes. They did release some new single blushes, and I still haven’t had the chance to get my hands on them yet. This is so beautiful! The blush gave me a nice flushed cheek color. It reminds me of a bright barbie pink. But it doesn't apply as bright on me. I go with a light hand when applying and then if I need to I’ll build the color up. That’s one of the things I love about this is that I can build up the color if I want. The highlighter next to it, is a rose gold color. I thought it would be too dark for me, but it actually isn’t! I was so happy that I could use it on my cheeks. It’s sooo beautiful!! It doesn’t emphasize pores or textures. It’s not glittery at all. There is no glitter in this one. I reach for this one and other one often. I will talk about the highlighters more in another post. I just happen to talk about this one because it’s a blush palette. Here are the swatches.

Top swatch - is the pinky blush  Bottom - Rose gold highlighter

So anyways I love all 3. I love Colourpop overall. You’re gonna hear me say this several times! LOL. So if you would like to get some for yourself, then here’s a link to their site.
